2tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1Garlic clove, chopped

1Tablespoons Italian flat leaf parsley, whole leaves

½Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated

Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Step 2

Meanwhile in a skillet heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute over low heat.

Step 3

Add sauce and heat on low.

Step 4

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and toss the pasta with the sauce.

Step 5

Remove the skillet from the heat and garnish with parsley and cheese.

Step 6

Remove from heat and add basil and cheese.

Step 7

Stir to combine and serve.
