Ingredients
Serves 8
1 | Box Barilla® Penne |
½ | Jar Barilla® Creamy Genovese Pesto |
1 | Pint cherry tomatoes, halved |
8 | Ounces feta cheese |
¾ | Cup black olives, pitted and halved |
1 | Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil |
To taste | Salt |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta one minute less than package directions. Drain pasta, and toss with olive oil. Place pasta flat on a sheet pan to cool.
Step 2
Cut the feta in pieces about the same size as the tomatoes. Tip: wet the knife at each cut to avoid crumbling the feta.
Step 3
Add pasta, tomatoes, olives and feta to a large mixing bowl.
Step 4
Add pesto; toss to combine and serve. Optional: If you want a stronger flavor, add half of a red onion thinly sliced.
