1 Box Barilla® Protein+® Cellentani pasta
1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
½ Cup Black Olives, Sliced
½ Cup Green Olives, Sliced
½ Cup Pepperoni, Quartered
½ Cup Genoa Salami, Quartered
¼ Cup Roasted Red Pepper, Diced
½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese Balls
½ Provolone Cheese, Cubed
1 Cup Artichoke Hearts, Quartered
8 Leaves Basil, Sliced Thin
To Taste Salt and Black Pepper
Ingredients for The Dressing:
¼ Cup Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.  Drizzle pasta with 1 tablespoon olive oil and place on a sheet tray to cool down. Set aside.

Step 2

In a large bowl mix all ingredients, cooked pasta and dressing.
