1 Box Barilla® Protein+® Cellentani Pasta
5 Cups Milk
5 Tablespoons Butter
4 Tablespoons Flour
3/4 Cup Freshly Grated Romano Cheese
2 Teaspoons Fresh Coarsely Milled Black Pepper
To Taste Sea Salt

Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 2

Meanwhile, in a skillet melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook for 30 seconds then whisk in milk.

Step 3

Bring milk to a simmer. Add black pepper then whisk in cheese.

Step 4

Drain pasta and add pasta to the sauce. Season to taste and serve.
