1 | Sweet Onion, Small Dice |
1 | Pound Chicken Sausage, Sliced |
1 | Tablespoon Crushed Red Pepper |
1 | 28-oz. Can San Marzano Tomatoes, Chopped |
1 | Cup Dry White Wine |
¼ | Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano, Grated, Divided |
¼ | Cup Parsley, Chopped, Divided |
To Taste | Sea Salt and Black Pepper |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a skillet over med/high heat add olive oil, sausage, and crushed red pepper. Cook for 4-5 min or until browned.
Step 3
Add onion and cook an additional 2-3 min. Add white wine and deglaze by half. Add tomatoes and cook an additional minute.
Step 4
Add pasta, half of the cheese and parsley to the mixture and combine. Top with remaining parsley and cheese.
