Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta half the time of the package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a skillet bring broth to a simmer. Add pasta and finish cooking the pasta in the broth for the rest of the cooking time.
Step 3
Drain the pasta if needed. Toss pasta with butter, cheese, and parsley.
