Ingredients

Serves 7

1 Box Barilla® Protein+™ Rotini
2 Cups plum tomatoes, diced
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Pesto sauce
To taste Salt and black pepper

Pesto Sauce:

1/2 Cup pine nuts
1 Cup parsley
1 Cup fresh basil
1/2 Cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Clove garlic
1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Combine all ingredients in a food processor while slowly adding olive oil.

Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta.

Step 2
