Ingredients

1 | Box Barilla® Protein+™ Rotini |
2 | Cups plum tomatoes, diced |
1/4 | Cup Parmesan cheese, grated |
Pesto sauce | |
To taste | Salt and black pepper |
Pesto Sauce:
1/2 | Cup pine nuts |
1 | Cup parsley |
1 | Cup fresh basil |
1/2 | Cup extra virgin olive oil |
1 | Clove garlic |
1/2 | Cup Parmesan cheese, grated |
Combine all ingredients in a food processor while slowly adding olive oil. |
