Ingredients

1 | Box Barilla® Protein+™ Thin Spaghetti |
1 | Zucchini, thinly shaved |
6 | Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1/2 | Cup Romano cheese, freshly grated |
1 | Teaspoons fresh black pepper, coarsely milled\ |
1 | Tablespoon soft butter |
1 | Tablespoon chives, chopped |
1 | Tablespoon Italian parsley, chopped |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain reserving ½ cup of the cooking water.
Step 2
Meanwhile in a large bowl combine olive oil and black pepper; add cooking water.
Step 3
Add pasta and zucchini to the bowl and toss, and then add butter and cheese until combined.
Step 4
Sprinkle with parsley and chives before serving.
