1 | Box Barilla® Protein+™ Elbows |
1 | Cup Broccoli Florets |
4 | Cups Mozzarella Cheese Divided |
1 | ¾ cup 2% milk |
½ | Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese divided freshly grated |
¼ | Cup Onion Minced |
4 | Eggs lightly beaten |
1 | Teaspoon Salt |
To Taste | Salt and black pepper freshly ground |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350 °F.
Step 3
Cook pasta in the boiling water for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Add broccoli and continue cooking 2 additional minutes.
Step 5
Drain and mix together, pasta, broccoli, 3 cups of mozzarella cheese, milk, ¾ cup of Parmigiano cheese, onion, eggs and seasonings in a large bowl.
Step 6
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
Step 7
Sprinkle with remaining Parmigiano and mozzarella cheeses.
Step 8
Cover and bake for 40 minutes.
Step 9
Remove and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
