Ingredients

1 | Box Barilla® Protein+™ Elbows |
2 | Cups plum tomatoes, diced |
3 | Cups avocados, diced |
2 | ½ Cups fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed |
To Taste | Salt |
To Taste | Black pepper freshly ground to taste |
½ | Cup fresh basil, torn |
1/3 | Cup extra virgin olive oil |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Step 2
Combine tomatoes, avocados, mozzarella, basil, and olive oil in a large bowl.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cook pasta 1 minute less than recommended package cooking time.
Step 6
Drain and pour onto a flat surface.
