Ingredients

Serves 7

1 Box Barilla® Protein+™ Penne
1 Jar Barilla® Roasted Garlic Sauce
¼ Cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Pound boneless skinless chicken breast cubed
½ Teaspoon salt
1/8 Teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
1 Sprig fresh rosemary
1 Tablespoon fresh Italian parsley finely chopped

Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 3

Season chicken with salt and pepper and add to skillet.

Step 4

Add rosemary, cook until chicken is lightly brown and cooked through.

Step 5

Add Roasted Garlic sauce to skillet and heat through.

Step 6

Set aside.

Step 7

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 8

Remove rosemary sprig from sauce and heat sauce through while pasta is cooking.

Step 9

Drain pasta and immediately add to sauce, mix well.

Step 10

Transfer to a serving platter or bowl.

Step 11

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
