Ingredients

1 | Box Barilla® Protein+™ Penne |
1 | Jar Barilla® Roasted Garlic Sauce |
¼ | Cup extra virgin olive oil |
1 | Pound boneless skinless chicken breast cubed |
½ | Teaspoon salt |
1/8 | Teaspoon black pepper freshly ground |
1 | Sprig fresh rosemary |
1 | Tablespoon fresh Italian parsley finely chopped |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Season chicken with salt and pepper and add to skillet.
Step 4
Add rosemary, cook until chicken is lightly brown and cooked through.
Step 5
Add Roasted Garlic sauce to skillet and heat through.
Step 6
Set aside.
Step 7
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Step 8
Remove rosemary sprig from sauce and heat sauce through while pasta is cooking.
Step 9
Drain pasta and immediately add to sauce, mix well.
Step 10
Transfer to a serving platter or bowl.
Step 11
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
