½Pound Italian sausage, mild, casings removed, crumbled

2tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

½Cup white wine, dry

½Bunch asparagus, sliced

1Cup heavy cream

1/3Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated

½Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, Chopped

Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, season with salt.

Step 2
