Ingredients

1Box Barilla^® Rigatoni

6tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2Tablespoons red wine vinegar

To tasteSalt and fresh ground pepper

4Cups packed mixed lettuce, pre-washed

½Cup sun-dried tomato

5Oz. Blue cheese, crumbled

1Cup walnuts, roasted and crushed

Method

Step 1

Combine oil and vinegar using a bowl.

Step 2

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

Cook pasta according to the package directions.

Combine the lettuce leaves with the pasta, the tomatoes and the dressing, using a large bowl.
