Ingredients

Serves 8

1 Box Barilla® Rigatoni
1 Jar Barilla® Rustic Basil Pesto
¼ Cup pistachios, chopped
1 Pint cherry tomatoes, halved
To taste Salt
½ Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese (optional)

Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Step 2

Cook the pasta 1 minute less than package directions; drain, reserving ½ cup of cooking water.

Step 3

In a large bowl add the pesto, cooking water, tomatoes and pasta then stir to combine.

Step 4

Top the pasta with pistachios and cheese.
