Ingredients
Serves 8
1 | Box Barilla® Rotini |
4 | Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 | Leek, diced small |
1 | Pint grape tomatoes, halved |
2 | Cups green beans, cut ½ inch long |
½ | Cup Romano cheese, shredded |
To taste | Salt & black pepper |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Step 2
Sauté leeks with olive oil over high heat. When slightly caramelized, add tomatoes.
Step 3
Season with salt & pepper and sauté for 2 additional minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. With 4 minutes remaining, add the green beans to the water.
Step 5
Drain pasta & green beans and toss with sauce.
Step 6
Top with cheese before serving.
