Ingredients

1Box Barilla^® Thick Spaghetti Pasta

4Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Divided

1Pint Orange Grape Tomatoes

2Cloves of garlic, minced

½Cup dry white wine

2Tablespoons squid ink

1Tablespoon Italian Parsley, Chopped

3Tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

Method

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium/high heat until it shimmers. Add the tomatoes and let cook until blistered and browned. Set tomatoes aside.

Step 3

Add a cup of pasta cooking water to the same skillet, add miso paste and dilute over medium heat.

Step 4

Add squid ink to the mixture, add pasta and toss with the sauce.

Step 5

Remove from heat and top with blistered tomatoes.

Step 6

Garnish with parmesan cheese before serving.
