Ingredients
Serves 4
1 | Package Barilla® Three Cheese Tortellini |
1 | Bag morel mushrooms dry and reconstituted |
1 | Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
2 | Cups heavy cream |
To taste | Salt and white pepper |
½ | Cup Parmigiano Reggiano cheese grated |
1 | Tablespoon butter |
1 | Teaspoon truffle oil |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Step 2
Cook tortellini according to bag directions.
Step 3
Meanwhile, sauté morels for 2 minutes in a hot skillet with olive oil.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper. At the same time, simmer cream and season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Drain tortellini and toss with cream and mushrooms.
Step 6
Fold in Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, butter and truffle oil before serving.
