Ingredients

3 | Tablespoons Barilla® Rustic Basil Pesto |
6 | ½-Inch slices of rustic Italian bread |
1 | Tablespoons olive oil |
1 | Cup Burrata |
Freshly grated lemon zest from ½ of a lemon | |
½ | Cup Thinly sliced Cucumber |
½ | Cup halved multicolor cherry tomatoes |
To taste | Coarse sea salt |
8 | Basil leaves; sliced thin |

Method
Step 1
Brush the bread slices with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet and under the broiler for about a minute on each side or until very lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Step 2
Combine the burrata with lemon zest.
Step 3
Spread burrata over bread slices.
Step 4
Top with pesto then cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Season with salt to taste and garnish with fresh basil.
