Ingredients
Serves 6
1 | Box Barilla® Collezione Bucatini |
4 | Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 | Leek diced |
2 | Garlic cloves chopped |
½ | Cup white wine |
½ | Pound oyster mushrooms |
1 | ½ Cups heavy cream |
To taste | Salt and black pepper |
½ | Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese grated |
1 | Tablespoon parsley |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Step 2
Meanwhile sauté leeks in olive oil for 4-5 minutes or until slightly brown in color.
Step 3
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, deglaze with wine and reduce by half.
Step 4
Add mushrooms and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Add cream and bring to a simmer.
Step 6
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and toss pasta with the sauce.
Step 7
Remove the skillet from the heat and fold in the cheese and parsley.
