For the Creamy Penne Pasta Salad with Burrata

1 Box Barilla® Penne pasta
1 Jar Barilla® Creamy Genovese Pesto
1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 Lemon, juiced and ½ tablespoon grated lemon peel reserved
2 Pints multicolor cherry tomatoes, halved
2 Packages Burrata cheese [12 oz. total], coarsely chopped
To taste Sea salt and black pepper

Method

Step 1

Cook pasta 1 minute less than package directions, drain, and toss with olive oil, set aside flat on a sheet tray to cool.

Step 2

Top each individual portion with coarsely chopped cheese before serving.
