Ingredients

½Jar Barilla^® Rustic Basil Pesto, divided

2Pounds pork tenderloin, cubed

1Red pepper, large dice

1Orange pepper, large dice

1Yellow pepper, large dice

1Yellow onion, large dice

To tasteSalt and black pepper

Method

Step 1

Place pork in a bowl with salt, pepper, and ½ of the pesto. Toss to incorporate.

Step 2

Place peppers and onions in a bowl with ½ of the remaining pesto. Toss to incorporate.

Step 3

Place pork, peppers, and onions on a skewer. Place skewers on a grill, rotating them until done, about 10-12 min.

Step 4

Place skewers on a platter and drizzle with extra pesto if desired.
