Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425° F. Drizzle baguette with olive oil and place in the oven to toast for 4-5 min.

Step 2

Spread pesto on top and bottom of baguette. Arrange the bottom of baguette with tomatoes, arugula, mozzarella, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Cover with top of baguette. Cut into four equal sandwiches.
