Ingredients
Serves 7
1 | Box Barilla® Protein+™ Rotini |
4 | Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 | Small diced onion, thinly chopped |
2 | Red bell pepper, roasted and diced |
3 | Cups broccoli florets |
To taste | Salt and pepper |
4 | Leaves of fresh basil, sliced thin |
½ | Cup Romano cheese |

Method
Step 1
Place a pot of water to boil.
Step 2
Cook pasta according to directions, half way through add broccoli. Meanwhile in a separate skillet sauté onion with olive oil for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Add peppers, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Drain pasta and toss with veggies; stir in basil and cheese before serving.
