1Box Barilla^® Rotini Pasta

1Jar Barilla^® Creamy Tomato Pesto sauce

1Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, divided

2Pints multi-color cherry tomatoes, quartered

1Pound mozzarella pearls (Perlini)

1Tablespoon lemon juice

8Leaves Basil, Sliced Thin

½Cups Feta cheese, crumbled

½Cups almonds, toasted and sliced

To tasteSalt and black pepper

Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta 1 minute less then package directions.

Step 2

Drain pasta and toss with olive oil and place on a sheet tray to cool down.

Step 3

In the meantime, in a large bowl add vinegar, mustard and pesto; stir to combine.

Step 4

Add cooled pasta, ¾ of the grapes and ¾ of the avocado and gently fold to combine.

Step 5

Garnish with nuts, cheese and the remaining grapes and avocado.
