Ingredients

1Box Barilla^® Rotini Pasta

1Jar Barilla^® Creamy Tomato Pesto sauce

1Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, divided

2Pints multi-color cherry tomatoes, quartered

1Pound mozzarella pearls (Perlini)

1Tablespoon lemon juice

8Leaves Basil, Sliced Thin

To tasteSalt and black pepper

Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta 1 minute less then package directions.

Step 2

Drain well and toss pasta with 1 Tbsp of olive oil and place on a sheet tray to cool down.

Step 3

In a large bowl combine tomatoes and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.

Step 4

Once the pasta has cooled down completely add pesto sauce, basil, and pasta to the bowl.

Step 5

Gently stirring everything together. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Let it rest for 30 minutes before serving.
