1Pint multi-color cherry tomatoes, halved

½Pound cooked Italian sausage, crumbled

6Ounces cooked cremini mushrooms, sliced

2Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

¼Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated

8Ounces goat cheese

¼Cup fresh basil, sliced thin

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425° F. spread pesto on pizza crusts.

Step 2

In a skillet over medium-heat add olive oil and mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then add sausage. Cook sausage until done, 2-3 minutes.
