2 | Pre-baked pizza crust |
1 | Pint multi-color cherry tomatoes, halved |
½ | Pound cooked Italian sausage, crumbled |
6 | Ounces cooked cremini mushrooms, sliced |
2 | Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
¼ | Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated |
8 | Ounces goat cheese |
¼ | Cup fresh basil, sliced thin |
To taste | Sea salt and black pepper |

Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425° F. spread pesto on pizza crusts.
Step 2
In a skillet over medium-heat add olive oil and mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then add sausage. Cook sausage until done, 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Top pizza crusts with sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, and goat cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and browned, about 8 to 10 minutes. Garnish with Parmigiano cheese and basil.
