Spicy Pasta Recipes
Ingredients
Serves 8
1 | Box Barilla® Rotini |
1 | Jar Barilla® Marinara Sauce |
4 | Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 | Small leek diced |
¾ | Pound shrimp chopped |
½ | Cup white wine |
To taste | Salt and black pepper |
2 | Tablespoons parsley chopped |

Method
Step 1
BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
Step 2
In a large skillet, SAUTÉ leeks in olive oil for 3-4 minutes or until slightly browned.
Step 3
ADD chopped shrimp and sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 4
DEGLAZE with white wine and reduce completely.
Step 5
ADD sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
COOK pasta according to package directions.
Step 7
DRAIN and toss with sauce and parsley.
