1 | Lemon, juiced (optional) |

Method
Step 1
In a medium pot, bring bone broth or stock to a boil over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add tortellini and cook pasta according to package directions.
Step 3
Remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Step 4
Serve in bowls and top with cheese (optional).
Step 5
OR Finish with fresh lemon (optional). Squeeze fresh lemon over tortellini. The extra bit of acid balances and brightens every flavor.
