- 1 box Barilla® Elbows
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- ½ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese shredded

Bring a large pot of water to a boil

In a large skillet heat olive oil and sauté garlic until slightly yellow in color, about 1-2 minutes
- Add tomatoes and cook until blistered, about 2 minutes
- Season with salt and pepper
- Cook broccoli and pasta in the same pot, according to package directions
- Drain and toss pasta and broccoli with sauce
