Barilla® Elbows

with Broccoli & Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients for 8 people      

  • 1 box Barilla® Elbows
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • ½ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese shredded

    Bring a large pot of water to a boil

    In a large skillet heat olive oil and sauté garlic until slightly yellow in color, about 1-2 minutes

    Add tomatoes and cook until blistered, about 2 minutes

    Season with salt and pepper
  5. 5
    Cook broccoli and pasta in the same pot, according to package directions
  6. 6
    Drain and toss pasta and broccoli with sauce
  7. 7
    Top with cheese and serve
