Barilla® Farfalle Pesto Caprese Salad



Ingredients for 8 people

  • 1 box Barilla® Farfalle
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 6 basil leaves, julienne
  • 1 jar Barilla® Green Pesto
  • ½ cup Bocconcini Mozzarella cheese balls, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Cook Barilla pasta according to package instructions

    Let pasta cool, then combine the tomatoes, basil, pesto and cheese in a large bowl, season with salt and black pepper
  3. 3
    Serve immediately or chill for future use
