  • ½ can black beans, drained
  • 2 ripe plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1 avocados, diced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ½ cup cotija cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup tortilla chips, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil (or extra virgin olive oil)
