- 2 ripe plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 avocados, diced
- 1 lime juiced
- ½ cup cotija cheese, shredded
- ½ cup tortilla chips, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil (or extra virgin olive oil)
