Ingredients for 8 people
- ½ jar Barilla® Creamy Ricotta & Arugula Pesto
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 5-ounce container plain Greek yogurt
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on medium until combined.
- Place into a small bowl and serve with cut fresh vegetables.
