Ingredients 3 Servings
- 1 jar Barilla® Fire Roasted Marinara sauce
- 3 small Naan bread
- 1 plum tomato, sliced thin
- 1 yellow tomato, sliced thin
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Parmigiano- Reggiano cheese, grated
- 1 ½ cups baby arugula
- Pre-heat oven to 425° F.
- Spread the sauce evenly on the naan.
- Top with slices of tomato followed by mozzarella and parmigiano cheese.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden and bubbly on top.
Before serving garnish with fresh arugula.
