Ingredients 3 Servings

  • 1 jar Barilla® Fire Roasted Marinara sauce
  • 3 small Naan bread
  • 1 plum tomato, sliced thin
  • 1 yellow tomato, sliced thin
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmigiano- Reggiano cheese, grated
  • 1 ½ cups baby arugula

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 425° F.
  • Spread the sauce evenly on the naan.
  • Top with slices of tomato followed by mozzarella and parmigiano cheese.
  • Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden and bubbly on top.

  • Before serving garnish with fresh arugula.
