- 6 small focaccias, sliced in half
- 8 ounces sliced deli turkey
- 1 cup jarred roasted red peppers, sliced thin
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- Place 6 focaccias onto a platter. Top with 1 tablespoon pesto and spread thin.
