100g | onion, peeled and thinly sliced |
5 | ripe tomatoes |
40g | grated Vegan Pecorino Cheese |

Method
Step 1

Begin by cutting the vegan bacon into slices and then into rectangles. Add it to a pan over medium heat along with a small amount of water. Let the meat simmer until the fat has melted.
