Ingredients

Serves 5

1 box Barilla Linguine pasta
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, sliced thin
To taste red pepper flakes
2 tbsp capers, drained
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and julienned
1 tbsp Italian parsley, chopped

Method

Step 1

Place a pot of water to boil; cook Barilla Linguine pasta according to package directions.

Step 2

Meanwhile in a skillet, sauté garlic with olive oil for 1 minute.

Step 3

Add red pepper flakes, capers, sun-dried tomatoes and sauté for 1 more minute.

Step 4

Stir in 1 cup of pasta cooking water, reduce to half.

Step 5

Drain Barilla Linguine pasta and toss with sun-dried tomato mixture.

Step 6

Finish with parsley before serving.
