1 box | Barilla Macaroni pasta |
4 tbsp | extra virgin olive oil |
1 | garlic clove, minced |
1 pt | cherry tomatoes, halved |
To taste | salt and black pepper |
2 cups | broccoli florets |
1/2 cup | Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, shredded |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until slightly yellow in colour, about 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Add tomatoes and cook until blistered, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cook broccoli and Barilla Macaroni pasta in the same pot, according to package directions.
Step 5
Drain and toss Barilla Macaroni pasta and broccoli with sauce.
Step 6
Top with cheese and serve.
