1 tbsp | extra virgin olive oil |
1 cup | onion, diced |
3 slices | bacon, chopped |
3 cloves | garlic, minced |
15 oz | ricotta cheese |
1/4 cup | fresh basil, chopped |
1 cup | water |
1 tsp | salt |
1/8 tsp | black pepper, freshly ground |

Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
