1 | garlic clove, minced |
1 1/4 cups | yellow onion, diced small |
1 1/2 cups | chicken broth |
1 1/4 cups | pepperoni, diced |
1/2 cup | pecorino romano cheese, grated |
8 | basil leaves, torn |
To taste | salt and black pepper |

Method
Step 1
Cook Barilla Penne pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, garlic, and onion. Cook until translucent, about 1-2 minutes.
