Ingredients

1 box Barilla Spaghetti pasta
6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove
6 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, grated
2 tbsp pecorino romano cheese, grated
2 cups fresh basil leaves, rinsed and dried
3 tbsp pine nuts
To taste salt and black pepper

Method

Step 1

Place a pot of water to boil, cook Barilla Spaghetti pasta until al dente, according to package directions.

Step 2

Meanwhile, add pine nuts, garlic, salt, pepper, and basil in the food processor cup. Pulse multiple times until roughly chopped. Stir in 3 ice cubes, keep processing while drizzling in olive oil. Turn off, fold in cheeses.

Step 3

Place in a bowl, dilute with 1/4 cup pasta cooking water.

Step 4
