2 tbsp | extra virgin olive oil |
1 lb | ground salmon |
To taste | salt and black pepper |
1 cup | arugula, packed |
6 tbsp | light mayonnaise |
6 | slices plum tomatoes |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
