Ingredients

Serves 8

1 box Barilla Linguine pasta
1 tbsp peanut or vegetable oil
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp chili paste
1 tbsp honey
1 cucumber, sliced thin
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp cilantro
1/2 cup peanuts
1 carrot, diced small
2 tbsp green onions, diced
1 cup lump crab
To taste salt and black pepper

Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Step 2

Meanwhile, in a small pot, bring chicken broth to a simmer. Stir in peanut butter, chili paste and honey until mixture is smooth, then set aside.

Step 3

In a separate bowl combine cucumber and carrots with rice vinegar, cilantro, green onions and peanut oil.

Step 4

Cook Barilla Linguine pasta according to package directions, drain and cool down by rinsing it very briefly.

Step 5

Season with sesame oil, salt and pepper.

Step 6

Toss Barilla Linguine pasta with the peanut sauce
