1 box | Barilla Rigatoni pasta |
15 | zucchini blossoms |
1/4 cup | parmesan cheese |
5 tbsp | olive oil |
1 clove | garlic, boiled in milk |
1 cup | heirloom tomatoes, diced |
1 cup | sorrel |

Method
Step 1
Place a pot of water on the stove and cook Barilla Rigatoni pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
In a food processor, combine zucchini blossoms, garlic and cheese. Pulse until blended.
Step 3
With the food processor still going, add olive oil for a smooth pesto dressing.
Step 4
Toss Barilla Rigatoni pasta with pesto dressing, tomatoes and sorrel. Season with salt and pepper.
