Sweet meets spicy in this recipe, blending the heat of sriracha, honey and lime in a zesty sauce for a quick, delicious stir-fry. Packed with fresh veggies, it features a mix of mushrooms, carrots, bell peppers, snap peas and al dente Barilla Spaghetti pasta, all tossed in a spicy marinara sauce. Easy to add a burst of flavour to your weeknight dinners, and bound to be quickly snapped up!
Ingredients

1 box | Barilla Spaghetti pasta |
1/4 cup | sriracha sauce |
1/4 cup | honey |
2 tbsp | lime juice |
2 tbsp | neutral oil, such as coconut or canola |
2 cups | thinly sliced mushrooms |
1 cup | carrots, cut into matchstick-size pieces |
1 cup | yellow or green bell pepper, thinly sliced |
1 cup | sugar snap peas, halved lengthwise |
1 jar | spicy marinara sauce |
3 | green onions, sliced thinly |

Method
Step 1
In a small bowl combine the sriracha, honey, and lime juice; set aside.
Step 2
In a large pot bring 4-5 litres of water to a rolling boil. Add salt to taste and the Barilla Spaghetti pasta; stir gently.
Step 3
Cook Barilla Spaghetti pasta according to package directions. Remove from heat and drain well.
Step 4
Meanwhile, in a large skillet heat the oil over medium heat; add the mushrooms, carrots, bell pepper, and sugar snap peas.
Step 5
Cook, stirring frequently, for 5-7 minutes or until tender. Add the spicy marinara pasta sauce and stir. Add the Barilla Spaghetti pasta and toss to combine.
Step 6
Serve in pasta bowls and top with a drizzle of the sriracha-honey mixture, green onions, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds, if desired.
