Ingredients

| 320g | Barilla Ditaloni |
| 250g | Cooked chickpeas |
| 80g | Tahini |
| 70g | EVOO |
| 1 | Clove of garlic |
| Juice of one lemon | |
| 175ml | Chickpea cooking water |
| To taste | Salt, black pepper and, if desired, paprika |
| 160g | Whole chickpeas |
| 6 halves | Diced sun-dried tomatoes |
| 5 | Stalk of parsley |
| To taste | EVOO, lemon juice, salt and pepper |

Method
Step 1
Blend chickpeas, EVOO, garlic, tahini and a splash of chickpea water until smooth. Season and set aside.
Step 2
Mix remaining chickpeas with diced sun-dried tomatoes & chopped parsley.
Step 3
Season with EVOO, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cook pasta al dente, drain and toss with hummus.
Step 5
Add a splash of pasta water if needed for creaminess.
Step 6
Plate, top with seasoned chickpeas, drizzle EVOO and enjoy!
Tip
Add sumac or pomegranate seeds for a fresh twist!
