320 g Barilla® Tortiglioni or Fusilli
150 g Baby onions
200 g Belly peppers
150 g Zucchini
100 g Lactose-free Mozzarella cheese
50 g Lactose-free Parmigiano cheese, grated
250 g Lactose-free Ricotta cheese
40 ml Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
To taste Fresh basil
to taste Salt
