Kid-Friendly Lasagne Rolls

Enjoy all the flavor of lasagne with less fuss! These nine lasagne rolls are stuffed with an assortment of kid-friendly fillings for a meal that’s colorful, delicious, and easy to serve and eat.

We recommend making the following recipes with precooked meat and baking at 350°F for 25 to 35 minutes. The meat should reach an internal temperature of 165°F when ready. Baking times may vary based on quantity or the size of pan.

TOMATO-BASED SAUCE

1. LOADED TACO ROLL

Cook Barilla Wavy Lasagne according to package directions. Spread a thin layer of taco meat on cooked Barilla Wavy Lasagne and top with shredded Mexican cheese blend and diced sweet peppers; roll up and arrange in pan. Mix together Barilla Marinara sauce and enchilada sauce, and pour over roll-ups. Top with additional shredded Mexican cheese and bake.

2. PEPPERONI PIZZA ROLL

Cook Barilla Wavy Lasagne according to package directions. Spread Barilla Traditional sauce on cooked Barilla Wavy Lasagne; top with sliced pepperoni and shredded mozzarella cheese; roll up, and arrange in pan. Cover rolls with additional sauce and bake.

3. BARBECUE CHICKEN ROLL

Cook Barilla Wavy Lasagne according to package directions. Stir together shredded chicken breast and barbecue sauce. Spread mixture onto cooked Barilla Wavy Lasagne and top with baby spinach leaves and shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Roll and arrange in pan; top with Barilla Marinara sauce and bake.

4. CHICKEN CAPRESE ROLL

Cook Barilla Wavy Lasagne according to package directions. Spread a thin layer of Barilla Chunky Traditional sauce on cooked Barilla Wavy Lasagne. Top with chopped cooked chicken breast, chopped tomatoes, shredded mozzarella cheese, and sliced fresh basil. Roll up, arrange in pan and top with additional Barilla Chunky Traditional sauce and mozzarella cheese before baking.

5. CHICKEN BACON FLORENTINE ROLL

Cook Barilla Wavy Lasagne according to package directions. Combine shredded cooked chicken breast, fresh baby spinach leaves, crumbled bacon, ricotta cheese, and cream cheese. Spread onto cooked Barilla Wavy Lasagne. Roll up, arrange in pan, and cover with Barilla Tomato & Basil sauce and shredded Italian cheese blend before baking.

TRADITIONAL BASIL PESTO

6. ZUCCHINI & SAUSAGE ROLL

Cook Barilla Wavy Lasagne according to package directions. Roast thinly sliced zucchini and/or yellow summer squash in the oven until crisp-tender. Toss squash and browned Italian sausage in Barilla Traditional Basil Pesto. Spread mixture onto cooked Barilla Wavy Lasagne; sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese. Roll up, arrange in pan, and top with additional pesto before baking.
Ingredients: Barilla Wavy Lasagne, Barilla Traditional Basil Pesto, Thinly sliced zucchini and/or yellow summer squash, Italian sausage, Shredded Parmesan cheese

7. CRISPY CHICKEN & PESTO ROLL

Cook Barilla Wavy Lasagne according to package directions. Toss chopped cooked chicken tenders, shredded mozzarella cheese, and toasted pine nuts with Barilla Traditional Basil Pesto. Spoon mixture onto cooked Barilla Wavy Lasagne. Roll up, arrange in pan, and top with additional pesto and shredded cheese before baking.

8. MAC AND CHEESY ROLL

Cook Barilla Wavy Lasagne according to package directions. Stir together milk and reduced-fat cream cheese until softened. Spread onto cooked Barilla Wavy Lasagne and sprinkle with shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese blend. Roll up, arrange in pan, and cover with Barilla Traditional Basil Pesto and additional shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese blend; bake.

9. PESTO & SWEET POTATO ROLL

Cook Barilla Wavy Lasagne according to package directions. Spread mashed sweet potato onto cooked Barilla Wavy Lasagne. Drizzle with Barilla Traditional Basil Pesto and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and pepitas. Roll up and arrange in pan, and top with additional Barilla Traditional Basil Pesto and mozzarella cheese before baking.
