Cacio e Pepe Pasta Recipe

Cheese and pepper: that’s all you need.
Ingredients
1 box spaghetti
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ cup freshly grated Romano cheese
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons fresh coarsely milled black pepper
Sea salt to taste
Directions
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, season with salt
2. Cook pasta according to directions
3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine olive oil and black pepper
4. Add ½ cup of cooking water
5. Drain spaghetti and toss in the bowl with butter and Romano cheese
