Ingredients

Serves 6

1 Box Barilla® Gluten Free Spaghetti
2 Cloves garlic chopped and divided
5 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil divided
1 Pound medium-sized shrimp peeled and deveined
1 Pound ripe plum tomatoes blanched, peeled and diced
½ Cup gluten free bread crumbs
1 Tablespoon fresh Italian parsley chopped
To taste Salt and black pepper

Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, season with salt.

Step 2

Sauté garlic with 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 3

Add shrimp and tomatoes, sauté over high heat for 2 minutes or until shrimp are cooked.

Step 4

Season with salt and black pepper.

Step 5

Combine bread crumbs, remaining olive oil, and parsley in the same skillet, cook until golden and crunchy over medium heat.

Step 6

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 7

Darin pasta and toss it with the shrimp sauce in a large mixing bowl.

Step 8

Top with crunchy bread crumbs before serving.
