Pasta Salad Recipes
Ingredients
Serves 8
1 | Box Barilla® Large Shells |
1 | Cup feta cheese, crumbled |
1 | Pint yellow cherry tomatoes, halved |
1 | Pint red cherry tomatoes, halved |
3 | Cups English cucumber, diced |
2 | Cups low-fat Greek yogurt |
1 | Clove of garlic, minced |
1 | Grated zest of lemon |
2 | Tablespoons lemon juice |
1 | Tablespoon mint, chopped |
To taste | Sea salt and black pepper |
1 | Teaspoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil |

Method
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and place on a sheet tray and toss with olive oil to cool.
Step 2
Once pasta is drained and cool, place in a large bowl and fold in the rest of the ingredients.
